Add a new OpenAiClientGenerated module that exposes the generated OpenAI client as a dedicated context service with make, layer, and layerConfig constructors. This provides a compatibility path for direct generated-client access while preserving existing auth, base URL, header, and OpenAiConfig.transformClient wiring.
