# Convex Backend

|
Convex is the only application API used by web clients. The active backend covers the durable tenancy and Git onboarding control plane: organizations, Git provider connections, repository discovery/sync, public-Git import, and projects with repository context.

|
|
|
## Domain relations
|
|
|
|
- `organizations` and `organizationMembers` own tenancy.
|
|
- `projects` owns the single v0 Git source; `projectContextDocuments` stores repository context.
|
|
- `gitProviderAccounts`, `gitConnections`, `gitProviderOrganizations`, `gitRepositories`, `gitMigrations`, and `gitWebhookDeliveries` own provider onboarding, repo sync, migration, and webhook delivery state.
|
|
|
|
Retired agent, conversation, Signal, Work, and Flue persistence tables were deleted from the schema as part of the 2026-08-01 tenancy cutover; `cleanup.ts` holds the bounded-batch deleter used to retire their data.
