Parent: #4. Extend the existing AgentOS/Rivet workspace so each project issue gets a real cloned checkout and isolated work branch, not only Markdown files. Use the connected project source, preserve one writable checkout per issue/run, load repository AGENTS/context, and enable real install/test/edit commands. Keep the current daemon command path.
