Parent: #4. Create one integration branch from feat/projects-backend and combine the implementation branches behind PRs #10, #11, #12, #13, plus the pending issue #7 AgentOS checkout PR. Review every diff for correctness and Effect-primitives-first compliance, resolve conflicts without dropping behavior, and run focused tests/typechecks plus the complete local web/backend/Flue/daemon/AgentOS/CPA smoke. Do not merge to feat/projects-backend until the integrated branch is verified. Open one final integration PR with exact passing checks and explicit upstream/runtime blockers.
