Add `paseo agent logs <id>` command to view agent activity/timeline.

Features:
- View agent timeline entries (messages, tool calls, errors)
- `-f, --follow` flag for real-time streaming
- `--tail <n>` to limit entries shown
- Proper formatting of different timeline item types
