paseo-bot[bot] b80f6623cf test(server): reproduce a reused PID read as a running daemon (#5863)
The supervisor's lock survives an unclean exit, and later in the same boot
the OS hands its PID to an unrelated process. isLocked() reports that lock
as held. This test fails on main and has no fix.
