fix(terminal): forward native touch gestures to mouse-aware apps

Fullscreen applications request wheel reports, while native touch drags previously moved only local scrollback. Route gestures through the existing terminal input path and preserve the requested modes on replay. Co-authored-by: an <4361526@naver.com>
