paseo-bot[bot]andThomas Van e214bd0d51 fix(server): preserve code in agent-to-agent messages
Agent-originated prompts reached the receiving model with shell punctuation
and literal entities XML-escaped. Preserve ordinary body text while keeping
reserved envelope tags reversible and legacy history readable.

Fixes #7520

// An agent-sent body reaches the receiving model as the sender wrote it. Escaping it
// as XML hands the model `<sha>` and `&&` for `<sha>` and `&&`, and a model
// can run the entity form as a command. Only the envelope's own tag can end or open an
// envelope, so a raw body escapes that tag sequence alone, reversibly: `<` before the
// tag, in any letter case, becomes `<`, and an `<` or `&…lt;` already there
// gains one `amp;`, so a body that already holds the escaped form round-trips byte for
// byte. The entities match only in lower case, the case this escape writes, so any
// other spelling (`<`, `<`) is never touched and opens no tag. `body="raw"`
// tells the parser which decoding applies. The human send path (kind user-message,
// which quotes a pasted envelope) keeps the full escape.
