fix(opencode): keep v2 turns running past five minutes

OpenCode answers session.wait only when the session goes idle, and the
helper client inherited fetch's five-minute header deadline, so every
longer turn failed with UND_ERR_HEADERS_TIMEOUT while OpenCode kept
working. The helper client now uses a dispatcher without a header
deadline; its requests end when the helper exits or the caller aborts.
