refactor(website): improve homepage copy and structure
- Add Background section with heading and better spacing - Reframe story to focus on building Paseo incrementally - Simplify FAQ answers (business model, Paseo meaning) - Remove parenthetical from step 2 - Increase section spacing (pt-12 -> pt-16)
