test(server): reproduce unchanged workspace updates after reconnect

Preserve the redundant-delivery reproduction from #5530 without claiming that it explains the Android freeze. The regression intentionally fails on current main. Co-authored-by: theunlimited64 <theunlimited64@gmail.com>
