Show completed edxeth Pi children as finished, live and after restart (#8176)
* fix(pi): settle edxeth subagent lifecycle events * test(pi): preserve completed children when restoring captured histories Verify the completed child and assistant transcript through history replay and the store consumed by clients. Both captured completion protocols otherwise leave a running descriptor.
