fix: don't treat bare file paths as slash commands
Input like /Users/ironin/file.md:45-46 was routed to process_command() because it starts with /. Added _looks_like_slash_command() which checks whether the first word contains additional / characters — commands never do (/help, /model), paths always do (/Users/foo/bar.md). Applied to both process_loop routing and handle_enter interrupt bypass. Preserves prefix matching (/h → /help) since short prefixes still pass the check. Based on PR #4782 by iRonin.
