Parent: #4. Build a repeatable local smoke harness for the complete web-first loop using the existing CPA/OMP OpenAI-compatible gateway. Use minimax-m3 as the economical implementation worker and glm-5.2 as planner/reviewer. Do not modify live CPA config or reveal secrets. Exercise a tiny feature request against a disposable/test project and record precise failures and required integration contracts.
