Parent: #4. Add the narrow Gitea Git lifecycle required after a successful project-manager run: inspect diff, commit, push work branch over existing git.openputer.com credentials, create a PR with objective and verification summary, and persist PR URL/number/status on the existing run/artifact/event model. Merge stays manual. Use tea skill/CLI behavior as reference but implement a reliable product adapter.
