Add Vercel config with React Router preset, vercel-build script and
/api/auth rewrite to the Convex site. Add VDS staging compose for the
Rivet engine and runner plus systemd units, deployment plan, and
Docker/Vercel ignore rules. Lockfile covers both the web and agents
dependency additions.
Add .env.* to .gitignore so per-environment secrets like
.env.staging and .env.production are never tracked, alongside the
existing .env and .env*.local rules.
- Move all application env vars to repository-root .env (with .env.example
as the committed template) and drop the per-app .env.example files.
- Add @code/env subpaths (agent, convex) and consume validated exports
everywhere instead of reading process.env directly.
- Wire every dev/build/start script to load ../../.env via bun --env-file
and point vite.config.ts envDir at the repo root.
