paseo-bot[bot] fe10c40b9a fix(app): keep a hover card open when a pressed button disables itself (#6185)
Clicking Refresh on a usage card in the context window details closed the
card within the close grace, with the pointer still on it. Refresh disables
itself while the request is pending, which drops the click's focus to the
document, and the hover card treated any focus leaving the card as a reason
to close.

Only keyboard focus keeps a hover card open, so only losing keyboard focus
now closes it. Whether focus is keyboard focus is read when it arrives,
because the element losing focus no longer matches :focus-visible during
focusout.

Closes #6176

Dictation debugging

Set EXPO_PUBLIC_ENABLE_AUDIO_DEBUG=1 before running npx expo start to render the in-app audio debug card. Pair it with the server-side STT_DEBUG_AUDIO_DIR flag so every dictation includes a copyable path to the saved raw audio file.
