paseo-bot[bot] fcda2f1cf0 fix(hub): reconnect after silent connection loss (#7315) ...

A network path can swallow close notifications while the Hub socket remains open locally. Probe it with protocol ping/pong frames and feed stale sockets into the existing reconnect path.
