paseo-bot[bot] cb9654a65c fix(server): keep the daemon running when daemon.log cannot be written (#5445 )

A failed write to daemon.log (for example ENOSPC on a full disk) made the
supervisor's rotating log stream emit an unhandled 'error' event, which
killed the supervisor; the worker then exited on lost supervisor liveness.

The supervisor now treats daemon.log as best effort: a failed stream is
reported once on stderr, dropped, and reopened on the next log line, so
logging resumes once the file is writable again.
