paseo-bot[bot]andScott Woolsey Biggart c7759713ec fix(server): publish workspace script status to every client (#6007 )

Starting or stopping a script from one client sent script_status_update only
to that client, so other clients viewing the workspace kept the old status
until they reloaded. Script status is daemon state, so the WebSocket server
now publishes it to every session, and each session delivers it only to its
script_status_update subscribers. Scripts started over MCP use the same path.

Closes #5856
