* fix(server): batch agent reports and completion notifications Admit agent-originated messages immediately so a child can report and finish before one recipient-owned delivery. Keep human prompts direct, retain individual provenance through replay, and complete send receipts only after provider dispatch. * test(server): wire queued delivery into bridge integration fixture * test(server): resolve batching CLI fixture independently of cwd Workspace CI runs from packages/server, while the original regression was verified from the repository root. Resolve the CLI entrypoint relative to this test file in both contexts. * test(server): run batching CLI fixture with source exports Server integration CI builds only the client dependency stack. Match the existing CLI subprocess fixtures so the send regression exercises workspace sources without requiring compiled server output. * test(server): await persisted batch receipts within integration deadline The provider-start callback precedes asynchronous receipt commits. Use the same explicit integration deadline as dispatch instead of the matcher default of one second on Windows CI.
