* fix(server): let a message steered into a running Claude turn be rewound to A steered message never got a provider message id, because Claude takes it into the running turn without echoing it back, so rewinding to it refused with "Cannot rewind before the provider acknowledges the submitted prompt". The steer admission now reports the uuid Claude minted for the message, and a Claude conversation rewind to it forks at the entry Claude read it after.
