paseo-bot[bot] 9c4be2ab54 test: reproduce background fetch failing after a tracked PR branch is deleted (#5556 )

Fails on main: a PR worktree created from a clone whose origin does not
fetch all branches adds an exact fetch refspec for the PR branch. Once
that branch is deleted from origin, git fetch origin --prune exits 128
with "couldn't find remote ref" and origin/main stops advancing.
