Mohamed Boudra 9b5f6f33f6 style(app): indent the sidebar new workspace row 
The row only renders under its project header, so stepping it in reads as
part of that project rather than as a peer of it. Extra padding rather than
margin keeps the hover and pressed fills on the same box as every other
sidebar row.
