Mohamed Boudra e26eb483e2 fix(opencode): keep long v2 turns alive until execution completes (#5674) ...

The long-lived session wait hit Node’s headers timeout while OpenCode kept working. Reconcile execution events against active state and the durable log so transport observation failures do not fail healthy turns, including across event gaps and reconnects.
