- Codex: drop displayOptions; a select choice may carry aliases so a saved Fast preference selects the model's Fast tier from options + controls alone. - OMP: removing fast_mode restores the runtime's starting setting. - ACP/Cursor removal tests run through real session initialization. - agent.config.apply of a non-control option reaches the provider and shows in the next snapshot (daemon e2e). - Daemon config store persists legacy-featureValues profiles as options on the next profile save.
