Mohamed BoudraandJichen 9952c55983 fix(app): restore native tablet touch actions (#5713) ...

Wide native tooltips followed the desktop hover policy, and native tab chips disabled their long-press menu. Enable the existing touch actions while keeping tab navigation on completed press so horizontal scrolling does not select a tab. Keep URL-opening links from leaving a tooltip over the app on return.
