Mohamed Boudra 5f43ce0bae fix(terminal): preserve current modes and default ANSI restores ...

Keep capture-time input modes local to the restoring viewer so replay completion cannot rewind newer shared modes. Publish initial modes after terminal creation and request explicit full restores for default SDK observations on ANSI hosts.

Derive worker test ownership from terminal records and apply the short replay deadline only after program setup.
