paseo-bot[bot] 1a6a9fa8d0 fix(claude): keep background child action logs after the parent finishes (#7266) ...

Late child frames were discarded after the launching turn ended, and parent completion cleared accumulated child actions. Keep card updates attached to the launching turn and release child actions on task completion.
