paseo-bot[bot]andNightMachinery 83b1a3cbe2 fix(app): keep empty dictation feedback factual and readable
An empty transcript does not identify whether silence filtering or speech
recognition produced it. Preserve the recording and offer Retry without
mirroring the daemon's independently configured silence threshold.

Show the finished result in place of the recording meter so its explanation
fits in the composer. Verify exact PCM replay across repeated retries,
discard on a narrow screen, and partial-text fallback through browser flows.

Dictation debugging

Set EXPO_PUBLIC_ENABLE_AUDIO_DEBUG=1 before running npx expo start to render the in-app audio debug card. Pair it with the server-side STT_DEBUG_AUDIO_DIR flag so every dictation includes a copyable path to the saved raw audio file.
