Trim21andMohamed Boudra 75eb9d44a3 feat(agents): surface provider notifications in the timeline (#3411 )

* feat(pi): surface extension notify in the agent timeline

Pi extension ctx.ui.notify() messages were dropped or buffered away
and never appeared anywhere in Paseo. Emit them as notification
timeline items so they show in the agent chat feed, with
info/warning/error levels mapped to activity log styling.

* fix id

* feat(agents): unify timeline notifications

Represent Pi and OpenCode notices as one first-class timeline item instead of provider-specific synthetic tool calls. Gate the new wire variant so older strict clients keep working during version drift.

* test(omp): update notice expectations

Shared Paseo protocol schemas, codecs, and wire types.

Stability

This package is public so Paseo's published packages can depend on it cleanly. It is not a stable public API yet.

Schemas, exports, wire helpers, and types may change or disappear in any release without advance notice. Use it outside Paseo at your own risk until the package is explicitly documented as stable.
