Zustand persists even when reconciliation returns the existing state. Reuse the persisted projection and skip its repeated validation and serialization, while saving actual layout changes immediately. Keep failed writes retryable and invalidate the reference cache on rehydration or removal. Build on the contributor's projection without introducing delayed layout saves or changing draft persistence. Co-authored-by: Ivan Malison <IvanMalison@gmail.com>
