5e53bb78c2 fix(app): keep your place in the Settings sidebar (#7899)
Keep sidebar scroll position for the Settings visit across app and host section navigation. Reject stale scroll callbacks from replaced sidebars and reset the offset when leaving Settings.

Preserve the existing sibling routes and host-selection behavior. Consolidate the restoration work and broader regression coverage from the predecessor pull requests.

Closes #1532.

Dictation debugging

Set EXPO_PUBLIC_ENABLE_AUDIO_DEBUG=1 before running npx expo start to render the in-app audio debug card. Pair it with the server-side STT_DEBUG_AUDIO_DIR flag so every dictation includes a copyable path to the saved raw audio file.
