Mohamed Boudra e9e479c6ba fix(pi): stream running subagent transcripts (#5755) ...

Follow Pi child session files while subagents run for gotgenes, tintinweb, and nicobailon pi-subagents. gotgenes reports the child file through a runtime bridge that captures the parent's service at session start; nico async runs settle from status.json live and from the persisted subagent-notify notice on replay.
