paseo-bot[bot] 3e859625ed test(app): verify dictation retries through the real daemon

Observe actual dictation frames instead of constructing protocol success
inside Playwright. Silence is finalized by the daemon's existing filter,
so the test needs no transcription response replacement.

Keep the completion decision and recording ownership behind a typed port
for deterministic empty, successful, and partial-result unit coverage.
