Mohamed Boudra 37b1c089b7 fix(server): keep Claude history replay responsive ...

Load persisted history through session readiness rather than the constructor. Async descriptor-owned replay preserves ordering while serving other requests, and rebind retires the old query before rebuilding history and rewind state.
