Mohamed Boudra 26db1a4672 fix(transport): account for exact bytes and terminate failed framing

Bound reassembly by a growing byte buffer instead of retaining an object for every chunk. Notify socket owners of fatal sends even when source delivery discards the promise. Repair the ambiguous composer selector and give its multi-workspace journey enough time to complete.

Stability

This package is public so Paseo's published packages can depend on it cleanly. It is not a stable public API yet.

Schemas, exports, wire helpers, and types may change or disappear in any release without advance notice. Use it outside Paseo at your own risk until the package is explicitly documented as stable.
