* fix(app): stack adaptive sheets across native presentations
Root-owned dialogs could not present over a sibling native dialog on iOS. Use the existing app-wide sheet stack for both native presentation forms, and release the underlying keyboard when a new sheet opens.
* test(app): verify pairing sheet autofocus
* docs(app): clarify stacked sheet journey prerequisites
