* fix(server): retain archived parent provenance on detach

* fix(server): publish stored child detach updates on parent archive

Keep subscribed clients current when an unloaded child survives its parent archive. Narrow the contributor change to the missing update; archived-parent provenance remains a separate feature.

* test(server): clean up the detach fixture static directory

Keep the test daemon static directory inside the fixture root so cleanup removes all test-owned directories.

* fix(server): retain runtime settings in stored agent updates

Parent archive publishes stored survivors through the manager. Preserve their saved runtime model and thinking settings so the update matches stored fetches and subscription filters.
