paseo-bot[bot] 02ed3eca65 test(terminal): make runtime copy fixture independent of umask ...

Set the source helper permissions after creation so the copy test measures preservation instead of inheriting the shell file-creation mask. The existing test fails under umask 077 without this setup correction.
