Mohamed Boudra	19452c2742	fix(release): add android retry tags and ban workflow_dispatch for rebuilds ... workflow_dispatch checks out the tag ref, not main — so build fixes on main never get picked up. Always use retry tags instead.	2026-03-23 15:49:38 +07:00
