* fix(history): preserve chronology and clarify search matches
Keep workspace names primary and highlight each searched field so results explain why they matched. Filter before cursor pagination and retain date buckets.
Constrain shared subsequence matching to each whitespace-delimited word while preserving fuzzy abbreviations in Command Center and other consumers.
* test(history): reuse response helper in pagination regression
* test(history): express browser journey through named helpers
* fix(app): start menu entering animation only once the surface is placed
Reanimated's web entering path snapshots the element rect at animationend and
writes top/left back when it cleans up the keyframe 750ms later. When the
150ms animation ends before anchor and content measurement resolve, that
snapshot is the off-screen measuring position and the open menu jumps back to
-9999. Remount the surface when its position resolves so the animation starts
from the final position.
* feat(app): find workspaces by PR/MR number in the command center
The command center matched workspaces on title, host, project, and
branch. Typing the change-request number you actually remember found
nothing, so you had to recall the branch name instead.
Workspace results now carry their pull/merge request number, and a
numeric query resolves it directly: 42, #42, !42, pr 42, and mr 42 all
reach the same workspace. Matching compares the parsed number exactly
rather than as a substring, so 42 no longer drags in PR 142 or a branch
that happens to contain those digits. Exact number hits sort above
ordinary text matches for the same query.
Nothing changes visually. The number is a search key only; result rows
render exactly as before.
The number is read from the pull request the daemon already sends.
selectPrHintFromStatus is the fallback only: it derives the number by
parsing the PR/MR URL, which yields nothing for a noncanonical or
absent URL even when the daemon sent a usable number.

* test(app): exercise change-request parsing through the matcher
parseChangeRequestQuery was exported only so the test could reach it,
which made an implementation helper part of the module surface and let
the parser cases pass without covering how the parser composes with
workspace matching.
Unexport it and drive the same spellings through matchWorkspaceQuery.
The rejection cases now assert what they actually protect: a query like
fix-42-retries must not take the number path, so a workspace whose PR is
42 does not match it.

The Command Center tested the whole trimmed query as one substring
against one concatenated haystack, so a query only matched when its
words appeared consecutively, in that order, with that spacing. Typing
`shortcuts` found "Keyboard shortcuts"; typing `short key` found
nothing. Survivors were then ordered by a fixed group rank, so the
best match was rarely first.
Route both through `scoreTextFields`, the matcher the combobox,
provider selection, directory suggestions and the daemon's history
search already share. It splits on whitespace, scores each token
against each field on its own, and requires every token to land
somewhere. `short key`, `key short`, `workspace new` and `project add`
all find their row now.
The score is the filter: `scoreSearchFields` returns null when a token
finds no home, so filtering and ranking are one pass rather than a
boolean predicate that throws the scan away. Workspaces and agents are
scored too, not just filtered, with each row's own ordering kept as the
tiebreak. Fields are split into visible and hidden, so a match on an
agent's `cwd` — which is never rendered — cannot outrank a match on its
title.
Subsequence matching is deliberately off here, unlike the composer's
slash-command list where it makes `/pasbab` find `/paseo-babysit`. It
widens far enough that three-letter typos hit several rows each, and
this list preselects its first row, so a query that should find nothing
would put an unrelated action under Enter. `MatchOptions.subsequence`
defaults to on, leaving every other caller unchanged. The tier has to
be suppressed during scoring rather than filtered afterwards, because
a two-token total of tier 5 is either 0+5 or 4+1.
Sections carry a band so the ones that reorder by relevance are
compared before the pinned ones, which keeps the comparator total: file
rows are matched by the daemon and carry no client-side score, so they
cannot be relevance-compared against rows that do.
Contiguous per-token matching is a strict widening of the old test.
Tokens hold no whitespace and the old haystack joined fields with a
space, so any token found there lay entirely within one field and is
still found. Verified across a query set at zero rows lost, and pinned
by a test.
* feat(command-center): add workspace file search
Use the existing workspace-aware fuzzy search so file lookup follows the file explorer's ignore and hidden-directory rules. Cmd/Ctrl+P opens a removable Files scope while the normal command center also includes file matches.
* fix(command-center): stabilize file search results
* fix(shortcuts): preserve project picker command
* fix(command-center): keep file results while searching
* feat(command-center): integrate the files scope into the search row
The scope was a 24px pill with 12px text sitting inside the 16px input line, so
it read as a badge dropped into the query rather than the scope of the search.
Make it a leading cell of the search row instead: folder icon, input-sized label,
and a hairline divider before the caret. It stretches to the row's cross size and
bleeds through the header padding with negative margins, so its height is driven
entirely by the input and the panel's own radius clips its corner. Toggling the
scope cannot resize the header, which the new spec pins.
* fix(command-center): restore the files scope as a chip
The previous commit turned the scope into a flush leading cell of the header. Put
the chip back: rounded, bordered, folder icon and 14px label, no divider.
It stretches to the row instead of carrying a height, so it is exactly as tall as
the input's line box and cannot resize the header.
* refactor(shortcuts): regroup and reorder the shortcut help sections
Panels was a junk drawer: the command center, file search, the shortcuts sheet
itself, new terminal, the sidebars, settings, focus mode and theme cycling. The
two shortcuts people reach for most, Cmd+K and Cmd+P, sat inside it below three
other sections. Navigation held both workspace and tab movement.
Sections are now General, Projects & Workspaces, Tabs & Panes, Layout, and Agent
Input. General leads with the command center and file search. Tab movement joins
Tabs & Panes, new terminal joins the tabs it creates, and Layout keeps only the
sidebar and focus toggles.
Row order is now data rather than a side effect of binding-definition order, so
the row someone opens the sheet to find sits at the top of its section. A test
fails when a new shortcut has no place in that order instead of letting it sink
to the bottom unnoticed.
* Keep file search failures in view
Searching the command center for a branch name like "master" returned a
Workspaces list where every row looked identical: the title was the
branch and the subtitle read "<hostname> · <branch>". On a single-host
machine the hostname repeats on every row, so there was no way to tell
which project each "master" workspace belonged to.
Add the project name to the workspace subtitle (host · project · branch)
and gate the host label behind multi-host, matching the Agents section.
The host is dropped on single-host setups, so the subtitle reads
"project · branch" and rows are distinguishable. Because searchText is
derived from the subtitle, typing a project name now matches its
workspaces too.
Extract the shared join into joinSubtitleParts() and route both the
workspace and agent subtitles through it, removing the duplicated
filter/join the Agents section hand-rolled.

* Switch models from the Command Center
Add a model switcher to the Command-K Command Center. Typing surfaces a
flat, filterable list of "Model › Provider › Name" breadcrumb rows with
provider icons:
- Running agent: its own provider's models (a live agent can't change
provider); selecting calls setAgentModel.
- New draft tab: every available provider's models in one flat list;
selecting sets provider + model on the draft via a focused-draft
controller published to a global store (the draft form state is local
to the composer subtree and otherwise unreachable from the global
Command Center).
Models only appear once the user starts typing, so the default palette
view is unchanged. Reuses useProvidersSnapshot and the existing
setAgentModel RPC — no protocol changes.
