paseo-bot[bot]andSleroq	208e323035	Keep usage providers in place after refresh (#6947) ... * fix(app): preserve usage provider order across refreshes * test(usage): keep refresh and scrolling journeys stable Usage reports can follow the long fixture card, so a fixed wheel distance can scroll past its final window. Target the named windows with wheel input while preserving the visibility checks. Assert refreshed provider order through visible names and keep viewport setup in journey helpers. Mohamed Boudra	4ede81e841	Open Usage as a modal over the current screen (#6216) ... * Open Usage as a modal over the current screen The sidebar Usage icon and summary now open Usage in the adaptive modal (a dialog on wide layouts, a bottom sheet on compact ones) instead of navigating to the /usage screen, so closing it leaves you where you were.
