* fix(server): let Hub title created workspaces
Agent creation can provision a workspace under hub.execute, but a separate title request required workspace.manage. Permit the same execution authority for title changes and their responses, and lock the Hub request contract with socket and permission tests.
* test(server): keep Hub title repro free of conditional flow
* fix(cli): initialize current Hub triggers
Hub init still authored and deployed project bundles after hosted configuration moved to organization triggers. Generate the self-contained trigger contract and keep project bundle deployment behind the existing --project path.
* fix(cli): harden Hub trigger setup
* docs(hub): align public setup guides with organization triggers
* feat(hub): continue agents through standard daemon operations
Authorize ordinary agent and workspace recovery operations with hub.execute. Keep conversation routing in Hub and persist generic creation and message receipts so retries cannot silently duplicate work.
* fix(hub): expose custom providers to continuing clients
Allow Hub to advertise provider support independently of the app version. Document the companion continuation policy and migration. Preserve newly observed files in the native watcher inventory so coalesced deletions remain visible to reconciliation, addressing the Windows CI failure.
* fix(hub): allow retries after confirmed local failures
Prepare message loading before recording dispatch intent. Remove failed creation receipts only when creation cleanup completed and no live or stored agent exists. Keep ambiguous provider deliveries fail-closed. Exercise native file observation with real filesystem dependencies.
* feat(hub): make daemon authority explicit
Connecting a daemon establishes presence without granting execution. Hub authority now uses semantic session permissions, with workflow execution granted explicitly and inspectable through the normal session protocol.
Attention frames remain part of the existing agent and terminal subscriptions, keeping session output solicited.
* test(server): match sentence-case tool labels
Keep trusted-client and Hub behavior stable while replacing RPC-name grants with a semantic authorization boundary. This establishes the operation inventory needed for future principal, pairing, and resource-scoped access work.
* fix(hub): make daemon disconnect unilateral
Local relationship removal must not depend on reaching the Hub. Fence execution authority, make one bounded courtesy revocation attempt, then clear local state so status and reconnect eligibility agree immediately.
* fix(hub): preserve disconnect intent across crashes
Persist the terminal disconnect marker only while the bounded Hub notification is in flight. Startup removes that marker, so a crash cannot restore the old relationship or create a revocation retry loop.
* fix(server): archive Hub executions by workspace identity
Hub archive previously depended on backing-specific owner state and archived the agent directly, so local and reused workspaces could survive. Resolve the required workspaceId from the execution agent and let the shared workspace archive service own agent, terminal, and backing teardown.
* fix(server): preserve agent archive through workspace teardown
* test(server): keep Hub regression fixtures workspace-scoped
* fix(hub): own executions through fresh workspaces
Hub executions must own a workspace regardless of backing so archival has one lifecycle boundary for agents, terminals, and checkout cleanup. Retain the retired wire selector for parsing compatibility while removing its ownership semantics.
* fix(server): serialize archive metadata writes
* fix(server): preserve archive during reconciliation
* feat(providers): add native options and exact MCP grants
Keep provider policy in provider-owned schemas so unattended Hub runs can grant only requested tools from injected MCP servers. Preserve the native resolved sandbox policy when a workflow override is present, including configured writable roots.
* test(hub): verify real provider tool policy
* test(app): avoid pinning transient restart status
* feat(cli): add durable Hub login
Keep organization-scoped human credentials separate from daemon relationship authority. Connect now exchanges explicit or stored CLI authority for a one-time enrollment token, while logout removes human access without implicitly disconnecting automation.
* fix(cli): require TLS for remote Hub credentials
Durable Hub credentials are bearer secrets, so remote origins must not receive them over cleartext HTTP. Keep literal loopback HTTP available for local Hub development.
* fix(cli): make Hub destinations explicit
Resolve optional Hub origins through one shared precedence policy so active logins remain the default context and credentials stay origin-bound. Report the selected destination before human-facing work, keep structured output auditable, and preserve login authority until requested daemon disconnection succeeds.
* feat(hub): pass execution MCP servers to agents
Hub-owned execution capabilities need to reach provider sessions without becoming part of outward agent snapshots. Keep the configuration daemon-private so provider recovery continues to work.
* fix(hub): protect daemon MCP namespace
Hub execution MCP configuration must not replace the daemon-owned Paseo server. Validate only after owned-record lookup so idempotent replay remains stable while new launches fail before provider or durable state creation.
* fix(agent): reject unsupported MCP launches
* fix(agent): scope MCP support guard
* fix(agent): redact MCP metadata from wire payloads
* fix(agent): validate MCP support on restored sessions
* fix(session): rehydrate MCP config on resume
* fix(session): resume newest matching agent record
* fix(session): restore archive state after failed resume
* feat(server): control Hub execution lifecycle
* fix(server): archive only execution-owned worktrees
* fix(server): serialize Hub execution control after create
* test(server): compare Hub worktree paths canonically
* fix(server): make absent Hub controls idempotent
A Hub can own an execution before agent creation materializes. Treating an absent daemon-scoped record as already stopped or archived lets finality complete without revealing or affecting another daemon's execution.
