Subject: [PATCH] chore(ci): remove Android module tests from ordinary CI
 (#8102)

Native unit tests require an Android prebuild and Maven downloads that block otherwise completed app checks. Keep the explicit local test command while removing its CI invocation and dedicated Java setup.
