Subject: [PATCH] fix(server): preserve code in agent-to-agent messages
Agent-originated prompts reached the receiving model with shell punctuation
and literal entities XML-escaped. Preserve ordinary body text while keeping
reserved envelope tags reversible and legacy history readable.
Fixes #7520
