Subject: [PATCH] fix(app): keep compact model options scrollable

The compact model sheet had no sheet-aware scroll owner when profiles filled its viewport, leaving the controls below them unreachable. Keep the root provider view inside Gorhom's scroll container so native sheet gestures work on both platforms.
