ci(desktop): raise Node heap for macOS release builds

Metro's jest workers OOM transforming the generated ws-outbound.aot.js
validator, the last module in the web bundle. Two consecutive v0.9.0-beta.1
macOS x64 builds died at 5081/5082 modules on that file.

Set max-old-space-size per runner: 8192 on the 14 GB Intel runner, 4096 on
the 7 GB arm64 runner.
