Updates Matchmaking's direct RQ Score consumer to the strict service contract.

  • current score reads rq_score only
  • history points read rq_score only
  • legacy q_score is not aliased or accepted
  • user-facing terminology is RQ Score
  • no keys, environment values, mocks, or fallback scores changed

Validation: 7 focused RQ Score tests passed; full suite has 87 passed, 7 skipped, and one unrelated pre-existing mocked curation/OpenAI wording failure. Compileall and diff checks pass.

This PR must deploy with the QScore, Backend, Dashboard, Roleplay, and remaining direct-consumer RQ Score PRs.
