Stores raw GrowEvents and publishes canonical envelopes transactionally through the outbox. Backend remains transport-only: it does not evaluate, normalize, or synthesize RQ Score signals.

The gateway contract now consumes and exposes strict rq_score; workflow snapshot storage is renamed in place from score to rq_score. Existing data is preserved. Public agent/task/KPI labels use RQ Score. Route names, service identifiers, event names, and keys remain unchanged.

Latest staging was reconciled in 34920f6; RQ Score contract changes end at 1d37456.

Validation: typecheck, production build, raw-event ownership contract, RQ Score contract test, and migration checks passed. This PR remains open, conflict-free, and unmerged.
